Tips For Selling Your Home...

* Make the Most of that First Impression:
    * A well-manicured lawn and a clutter-free porch welcomes propects.
    * Check to make sure all windows have screens and are in good 
       condition.
    * All refuse should be collected and hauled away.
    * Take a walk across the street from your home and pretend you're a 
        buyer, viewing your home for the first time. 
    * Check that all exterior lighting is in working order.
 
* Interior:
    * Clean up in the living room and kitchen. Make sure they're both
       clear and free of any unneccassary clutter.
    * Open all curtains and shades to let the sunshine in.
    * The bettter organized a closet, the larger it appears. Now's the time
        to box up those unwanted clothes and donate them to a charity.
    * Check all lighting fixtures and lamps. Replace any bulbs and make 
        sure they're all in working order.

Hints on Showing Your Home:
    * Arrange for you and your family to be away during the showing.
    * Eliminate any distractions by making sure the radio and tv sets are off
    * If there are pets in the home, make sure they are left in a kennel if 
       it is not possible to remove them.
    * Always leave enough lighting on, both inside and out, to brighten every 
       corner of your home.
